In my role as Systems Support for the Mail on Sunday I frequently needed Sarah’s help. Sarah was at the helm of a rapidly growing operation – from a small department it turned into the biggest online news site in the world. She managed that change and kept the wheels on. Despite that, she was always approachable, always helpful, with a comprehensive knowledge of her area and the demands of ours. We always knew that if we needed help, she would be there for us and that she would do the job well. A loss to Associated and a massive gain for Hong Kong.
